Dulce de Leche filled with Dulce de Leche

The famous Argentinean Dulce de Leche mixed with cream and filled with extra thick, creamy caramel sauce (Yes, more Dulce de Leche).

We took some time to develop this flavor because in USA it is hard to find a real DULCE DE LECHE,  what you get is more a similar caramel flavor, which is good but less intense when you want it on an ice cream and taste more like a sweet milk.

We finally found the ingredient we were looking for after 3 months looking a real Argentinean Dulce de Leche, with this we create the base making sure we keep the intense flavor on a creamy base.

Then the filling process is difficult as any filled Paleta, this process is 100% artisan and when you fill the paleta de dulce with even more thick, natural Dulce de Leche Argentino you need to be patient and make sure the content do not damage the walls of the Paleta.

The result is fantastic, one of our partners is Argentina and we thanks him for being so picky during the tasting rounds to find the perfect Dulce de Leche Paleta.
